Refund policy

We hope that you'll love everything you ordered from petcatclub.net. But if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 14 Days from the delivered date.

Note: We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team petcatclub@gmail.com. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to returns or exchanges, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Order Cancellation

a. For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped, we will grant cancellation and provide a full refund.

b. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package. We cannot intercept or cancel orders that have already shipped, hope you can understand.

c. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions. If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

Return/Exchange Process

Our returns are valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. Customers can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you receive a defective or damaged item, the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned as well as an item that is returned more than 14 days since received.

Returns will incur customs duties. If there is a quality problem with the product, we will bear the return shipping costs and customs duties. If the return is due to non-quality problems, we will not be responsible for the return shipping fees and customs duties.

You may be charged the original shipping fee and return shipping fee of $50-500 (varies by model and shipping cost) at our sole discretion for any returns or exchanges. If you order a product by mistake you will be charged according to this policy.

NOTES:

  • Please do not return any orders for uncommunicated reasons.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

Step 1. E-mail us  petcatclub@gmail.com at  within 14 days of product delivery with your order number and delivery day.
Step 2. Take videos/photos of packaging and item.
Step 3. Once we accept your request for the return and we will provide you with the correct address for return.
Step 4. Once we receive the items we will inspect the items, and process the refund. It may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund upon delivery. You'll get a notification once the refund is issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
